service team is available from 8am to 6pm Pacific
Time Monday - Friday and from 10am to 4pm Saturday.
We observe all major U.S. holidays as well as the
UPS holiday schedule.
Areas of Operation: Whole Pet Foods
services the lower 48 contiguous United States and
the District of Columbia. We ship via UPS Ground
Service: as a result we are regretfully unable to ship to
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories,
international APO/FPO addresses, or to any international
destination.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS ground
service unless otherwise noted. Whole Pet Foods
warehouses are located throughout the United States
and your order will be fulfilled from the location
closest to you based upon product availability.
Your order will ship within 1-3 business days unless
otherwise noted, and most orders will ship within
24-36 hours; you will receive tracking information
for your order via email as soon as it has been
picked up for shipment by the carrier.
